We are an approved Home Care Package provider specialising in serving culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Our aim is to support you to live as independently as possible in your own home to maintain a sense of dignity and quality of life. Home Care Packages are an Australian Government-funded program that supports older Australians who prefer to continue living independently in the safety and comfort of their own home. We provide Consumer-Directed Care and Home Care Packages: Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 for the elderly and for people living with dementia. There are no waitlists and services can be adapted to suit your needs.

Aged Care Services

The types of care and services that can be subsidised by the Australian Government under the HCP Program should keep people well and independent, and maintain the capabilities of the older Australians as they age and keep them connected to their community. Ways we can support you include:

Helping you with tasks involving your hygiene such as showering and grooming.

Minor Home Modifications

Helping you to maintain function safety such as installation of rails.

Helping you to access items that improve your daily function.
